• Any merchant statement or message you choose to upload or send us.

Why we use it

We use the information you share to carry out your card payment review, respond to your enquiry, and contact you about the findings. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the service you have requested.

Who we share it with

We do not contact your current provider, and we never introduce you to another provider, without your explicit permission. We use a small number of trusted processors (for example secure hosting and email delivery) strictly to operate this service. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as is necessary to provide your review and handle any follow-up, and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@cardpaymentconnect.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
